Message	How sure are you that your A/F gauge and wideband is accurate? If you suspect the ECU so much then send them to JWT and have them verify the binary, I'm sure some members on this board can do that for you also if JWT denies this service. Have you checked you spark plugs? Have you checked your CAS? CAS tells the ECU at which position its at so it can provide fuel and spark at a certain rpm. If this is bad then it can cause lean issues and timing issues. This sensor at most times does NOT throw a code when it is halfway dead. Swap with a good known CAS to test and see if problem fixes.
